The Challenge

Multi-rater feedback, also called 360 Degree feedback, is an assessment tool to help individuals better understand how they're perceived by others. The assessment involves gathering data about that individual from a "circle" of individuals who know them. Generally, feedback is solicited based on a number of competencies related to the individual's current, or target, role.

Individuals asked to participate in the assessment may include:
